Role Overview
BeOne System is seeking a Business Development / Strategic Partnerships professional to drive platform growth by building and scaling partnerships with technology-driven companies — including fintechs, digital platforms, enterprise service providers, and connectivity brands — that require scalable BSS/OSS, billing, provisioning, and lifecycle management infrastructure.
This role owns the end-to-end commercial relationship, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through deal structuring, negotiation, onboarding, and long-term expansion. The ideal candidate is comfortable selling complex, API-driven platforms and working cross-functionally to bring new partners to market.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, source, and close new partnerships with fintechs, embedded finance platforms, digital marketplaces, SaaS companies, connectivity providers, and enterprise brands.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting → discovery → solution alignment → commercial negotiation → launch → scale.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and executive teams.
Commercial Strategy & Deal Structuring
- Design and negotiate commercial models including platform licensing, usage-based pricing, transaction fees, and revenue-share structures.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams to standardize deal frameworks while maintaining flexibility for strategic partners.
- Translate partner business needs into clear commercial and technical requirements.
Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Execution
- Work closely with product and engineering to support partner onboarding, integrations, and launches.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and vertical playbooks across industries such as fintech, embedded connectivity, digital services, and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure successful handoff from sales to delivery, maintaining accountability through launch and post-launch growth.
Pipeline Management & Market Intelligence
- Build and manage a structured pipeline with clear qualification criteria, deal stages, and forecasts.
- Track industry trends across fintech, payments, embedded infrastructure, APIs, and connectivity platforms.
- Provide strategic feedback to leadership on market demand, partner needs, and product roadmap opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 5+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Platform Sales within technology, fintech, SaaS, or infrastructure platforms.
- Experience closing complex B2B or B2B2C deals involving technical or API-based products.
- Exposure to billing systems, payments, subscriptions, lifecycle management, or connectivity-adjacent platforms is a strong plus.
Skills
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to structure scalable, long-term partnerships.
- Comfortable selling technical platforms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly autonomous, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment.
