Duties

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards, including fine dining etiquette.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Collaborate with team members during banquets and catering events to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet services is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
  • Familiarity with barista duties or beverage service is a plus.
  • A background in hospitality or the food industry will be advantageous.
