The Opportunity

We're hiring a Controller / Senior Accountant to take ownership of full-cycle accounting across our hospitality and real estate entities. You'll work in QuickBooks, lead month-end close, and mentor a small team. This role reports to our Senior Investment Analyst.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle accounting: journal entries, accruals, GL maintenance, month-end close
  • Prepare and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks across multiple entities
  • Identify and resolve accounting issues independently
  • Support and mentor 2 accounting team members
  • Collaborate with leadership on reporting and financial accuracy

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • 2+ years working in QuickBooks
  • Experience with reconciliations and month-end close
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

  • CPA designation or in progress
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience
  • Multi-entity accounting exposure
