Front Office Executive – Luxury Salon & Spa (Reception + Executive Support)
Location: 2136 Kains Road, Units 6 & 7, London, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: 6 Days per Week
Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: $2,500–$3,000 CAD (Negotiable)
- 5% Commission (Negotiable based on experience)

Tress L'ounge Canada is a premier luxury salon and spa brand dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through world-class service, premium treatments, and a culture of excellence. We are seeking a polished and service-driven Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations while providing administrative and executive-level support.
This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced luxury environments and can balance reception management, cleanliness standards, and executive coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Greet guests professionally and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Book, confirm, and manage appointments using salon software
- Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments for services, memberships, and retail products
- Recommend and sell retail products to meet sales targets
- Serve complimentary beverages (tea, coffee, water) to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand reception area
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including:
- Wiping surfaces
- Maintaining washrooms
- Restocking supplies
- Keeping guest areas tidy
- Coordinate with stylists and service providers at the front desk
Executive & Manager Support
- Prepare and maintain the Manager's/CEO's desk upon request
- Assist with scheduling, call management, and internal meetings
- Communicate with vendors, franchisees, and internal teams
- Maintain trackers, calendars, and internal documentation
- Draft professional emails, internal communications, and basic reports
- Support and coordinate virtual meetings (Google Meet / Zoom)
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, guest services, or executive support
- Experience in a luxury salon, spa, hotel, or wellness environment is an asset
- Strong retail sales and customer service background
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and well-spoken
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bonus: C-level executive support experience, multilingual (English & Hindi), or familiarity with salon operations
