Front Office Executive – Luxury Salon & Spa (Reception + Executive Support)

Location: 2136 Kains Road, Units 6 & 7, London, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Schedule: 6 Days per Week

Compensation:

  • Monthly Salary: $2,500–$3,000 CAD (Negotiable)
  • 5% Commission (Negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a polished and service-driven Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations while providing administrative and executive-level support.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced luxury environments and can balance reception management, cleanliness standards, and executive coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Experience

  • Greet guests professionally and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Book, confirm, and manage appointments using salon software
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism
  • Process payments for services, memberships, and retail products
  • Recommend and sell retail products to meet sales targets
  • Serve complimentary beverages (tea, coffee, water) to guests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand reception area
  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including:
  • Wiping surfaces
  • Maintaining washrooms
  • Restocking supplies
  • Keeping guest areas tidy
  • Coordinate with stylists and service providers at the front desk

Executive & Manager Support

  • Prepare and maintain the Manager's/CEO's desk upon request
  • Assist with scheduling, call management, and internal meetings
  • Communicate with vendors, franchisees, and internal teams
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, and internal documentation
  • Draft professional emails, internal communications, and basic reports
  • Support and coordinate virtual meetings (Google Meet / Zoom)

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, guest services, or executive support
  • Experience in a luxury salon, spa, hotel, or wellness environment is an asset
  • Strong retail sales and customer service background
  • Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and well-spoken
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bonus: C-level executive support experience, multilingual (English & Hindi), or familiarity with salon operations
