Summary
This front-line position to provide direct support and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities to live their best life in either a residential or outreach setting. A driver's license and Vehicle for work purposes is required.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of daily living including some personal care, relationship connections, community access and activities and positive behavior supports. Our mission is to enhance skill development, well-being and resilience.
CAFCL offers 1 week on and 1 week off schedules as part time positions. We value a healthy workplace culture where we support home/work life balance, positive relationships and a sense of belonging where you have the opportunity to do what you do best.
