**Job Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Disability Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, supporting with independence and opportunities to live their best life.

**Duties**
- Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support individuals to access community resources and participating in social activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client progress.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages autonomy and control over one's own life.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and team members.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $19.00-$23.87 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 33 per week
