Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain digital and large-format printing machines.
  • Review, set up, and prepare print files for accurate production.
  • Perform finishing tasks such as cutting, laminating, binding, and mounting.
  • Inspect materials to ensure high-quality color accuracy and alignment.
  • Take and print passport photos according to government specifications.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain inventory of paper, ink, and supplies.
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on printing equipment.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in commercial or digital printing.
  • Experience in passport photo capture and editing (knowledge of official photo requirements is an asset).
  • Familiarity with print production software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or RIP software).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
