Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, service-driven Sales Representative to promote Canada Shaws' immigration and education programs. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Mandarin, demonstrates excellent communication abilities, and has proven experience in sales, client management, and social media outreach (WeChat, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Key Responsibilities:

· Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

· Promote and sell immigration and education programs to prospective clients.

· Generate leads through digital and offline channels (WeChat, Instagram, networking, referrals, etc.).

· Conduct consultations to understand client needs and provide suitable immigration options.

· Organize and host online/offline events such as seminars and webinars.

· Follow up with leads, negotiate service terms, and close sales effectively.

· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent post-sale service.

· Keep accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.

· Monitor immigration trends and policies to maintain up-to-date knowledge.

· Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to enhance conversion efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or higher education required.

· Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, immigration, or customer service (immigration experience preferred).

· Bilingual: Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

· Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Experience using social media and digital tools for client outreach (WeChat, Instagram, LinkedIn).

· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

· Legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit).

· Willingness to work weekends or flexible hours for client events.
