Role Overview
Canada Shaws is seeking a motivated and service-focused Sales Representative to promote our immigration and education programs. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Mandarin, communicates effectively, and has proven experience in sales, client management, and social media outreach (WeChat, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Promote and sell immigration and education programs to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through both online and offline channels such as WeChat, Instagram, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Organize and host webinars, seminars, and other client events.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate service terms, and successfully close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Keep accurate records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay current with immigration policies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher education required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, immigration, or customer service (immigration experience preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Skilled in using social media platforms for client outreach (WeChat, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit).
- Willing to work weekends or flexible hours for events when needed.
