We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Cornwall team and play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

As a Project Manager, you'll be leading teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring that every detail is executed with precision. If you're a strong leader who thrives on organization, collaboration, and results, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do

  • Lead by example when it comes to safety, inspiring and coaching your team to uphold company standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and client satisfaction — spending about 75% of your time in the office and 25% on-site.
  • Ensure scope of work is completed efficiently and meets company quality standards.
  • Develop and execute estimating strategies to support successful project delivery.
  • Keep projects on track — monitoring budgets, timelines, risks, and performance checkpoints.

What You Bring

  • Construction Management diploma or Engineering degree (preferred).
  • PMP designation (or working toward it) is an asset.
  • 3–5 years of experience in interior systems on commercial or industrial projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software tools.
  • A solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
