We are looking for a Marketing/Distribution Clerk to join our dynamic Team at our Distribution facility in Kitchener. If you are motivated, enjoy challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment we would love to hear from you

The Marketing/Distribution Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and distributing sales resources to all Canadian and U.S reps, dealers and customers and work with customs and carriers with load planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Distributes sales resources as requested by the field or internally.
  • Maintains a current catalogue registration list on Excel, updating information regularly.
  • Keeps an up-to-date inventory of all sales resources and sample pool at Distribution.
  • Sends out packages by UPS and Fed Ex & Truck daily.
  • Communication with Reps, Dealers, Customers via Phone, Fax, E-mail, web link.
  • Works with Marketing to maintain wood samples and literature orders.
  • Perform all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Krug's Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Load Planning – Working with Carriers and Customs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 education plus some courses in Logistics.
  • Computer and keyboarding skills are required.
