**Job Focus**

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for our driving our digital marketing plan to bring our premium quality nutritious products to more pet lovers across Canada. They will strategize, drive, execute and measure our digital initiatives and campaigns. We’re looking for a tactical specialist who will delight our customers, spread our raw love messaging, and deliver multiple digital programs through to completion, on time and on budget.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Increase brand awareness, influence and loyalty with pet owners and our retail partners

Drive measurable results in customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion and sales

Establish conversion points, success metrics, and campaign KPIs to provide actionable optimizations and recommendations

Deliver performance reporting, campaign insights, quantitative and qualitative metrics

Provide oversight and accountability of website including content, analytics, maintenance, and developments

**Role Requirements**

5+ years experience in B2C digital acquisition & conversion strategies with demonstrated success

Track record of utilizing web analytics, paid search/social tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta certifications)

HubSpot, WordPress, Fishbowl and pet food industry experience are assets

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related fields
