We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Paralegal and Accounts Receivable Collection to assist in our Property Management team. We are seeking a qualified person who has a good phone presence and a positive personality.
Some of the duties will include:
-Landlord and Tenant Board Hearing and Small Claims court Hearings and supervision.
Collecting rent from Tenants
Violation and conduct letters to Tenants
Customer service and resolving Tenant matter by phone or in person schceuled meetings
Reporting to the Senior manager each week.
Assists with the development and maintenance of consistent record keeping systems for buildings and property deals.
Qualifications :
- Professional and well put together appearance and An outgoing personality
Well developed computer skills including all - MS Office including outlook and EXCELL , Publisher an asset
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Information gathering and information monitoring skills.
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
- Judgment and decision making ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, even as priorities change and urgencies intervene.
- Administrative experience in Real estate supporting a Senior Manager.
- Experience in the property management industry is an asset.
- Ability to be flexible and self-motivated and to take initiative.

- Ability to respect confidentiality of information.
- Ability to plan and organize work efficiently and effectively
