In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service at every interaction, both internally and externally.  ​You will use your customer service, administrative, scheduling, dispatching, and organizational skills to partner jointly with customers and Levitt-Safety Technicians to facilitate the efficient and thorough completion and documentation of each service job from customer contact through final invoicing, ultimately providing an exceptional customer service experience at all touchpoints. ​  Main Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our service customers and technicians regarding diverse aspects of our products and services in the Prairies region. ​Determine service requirements and dispatch technicians for service calls to meet customer needs, using effective scheduling to minimize travel time within the work region. ​Work closely with the Service Technicians and the customer to coordinate tools, equipment, and subcontracts required for each service call.   ​Maintain accurate records including calendar management, customer accounts, work orders, purchase orders, inventory management, and other documentation required for each service call and branch support.  ​Ensure that all invoicing is processed accurately according to work performed, including capturing customer payment methods and updating information in customer portals as required to ensure prompt receipt of payment  ​Participate in internal projects and tasks as required to help us make Canada a safer place to live and work​ Role Requirements  ​​Prior experience in a service advisor, customer service and/or coordination role in an industrial or technical business-to-business environment ​Experience in scheduling and/or dispatching service/field technicians or equivalent is a strong asset ​Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, able to work effectively with both internal and external customers  ​Strong organizational and computer skills, able to use multiple systems effectively to keep up with concurrent priorities ​Highly detail-oriented with exceptional administrative skills; passionate about making quality personal​. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills; you must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.What we offer Competitive base salary with 3 weeks vacation & other paid time offMedical, dental, vision, EAP and other group health insurance benefits for you and your family Company-matched RRSP contribution plan   Annual profit-sharing opportunity Opportunity to build your career with paid training with an established organization and a team that is truly passionate about health and safety  A company culture based on our Face of Levitt-Safety Fundamentals and family values, where we truly believe that our people are our most important asset Levitt-Safety is committed to the principle of employment equity in the workplace and ensures that our practices of hiring are based on qualifications and ability. We invite all applicants, including persons with disabilities, visible minorities, and Indigenous Peoples to apply for our career opportunities.  We understand that experience comes in many forms and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds.
