Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$35.71/hour + 4% vacation pay
This is for a current opening to start February 2nd.

What's a typical day as a DSM Tracking and Reporting Analyst I? You'll be:
- Validating all DSM projects, savings, costs, and incentives to support accurate program evaluation.
- Calculating customer participation figures and incentive payments by utilizing resources such as manufacturer websites, internal financial and CRM applications, and spreadsheets.
- Processing DSM projects in CRM and preparing Accounts Payable batches by verifying vendor information and customer payments.
- Managing cheque returns and replacements in conjunction with Account Managers and Accounts Payable teams.
- Resolving inquiries and complaints from customers and service providers regarding claims.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve discrepancies and maximize shareholder incentives.
- Enhancing the tracking and reporting system and maintaining process documentation.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have post-secondary education in business, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Possess strong analytical skills and can suggest process improvements.
- Are highly proficient in MS Excel (including basic formulas and pivot tables) and overall MS Office Suite.
- Excel at working with CRM platforms, querying data, and understanding data structures for reporting purposes.
- Are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
- Demonstrate initiative, self-confidence, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of proven analytical work experience.
- Background knowledge in energy conservation program delivery.
