Pyramid Wireless Inc. is a proud authorized Bell Mobility dealer serving Vancouver Island with top-tier mobile solutions, exceptional customer service, and a dynamic retail environment. As Bell continues to lead in network innovation and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team in Nanaimo, BC and looking for a Sales Representative who shares our passion for technology, communication, and results-driven sales.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Sales Representative who will be the face of Bell Mobility in our Nanaimo, BC location. You'll help customers find the best mobile and wireless solutions, while delivering the premium service Bell is known for. The ideal candidate is motivated, tech-savvy, and confident in selling with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Bell Mobility products and services
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Educate customers on the latest devices, plans, and promotions
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stay current on Bell Mobility offerings and competitors
  • Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store presentation
  • Contribute to a positive, professional team environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience (wireless/telecom sales is a strong asset)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
