We're a fast-growing renewable energy company helping homeowners reduce electricity costs and take control of their energy future. We're looking for motivated, coachable people to join our team as Solar Sales Consultants / Appointment Setters. If you like talking to people, working in the field, and getting paid based on performance, this role is built for you.

In-person role (not remote)

Full-time preferred (part-time considered)

Commission-based with uncapped earnings

What You'll Do

  • Work in a designated territory to connect with homeowners and introduce solar solutions
  • Deliver a simple, educational explanation of:
  • cost savings
  • rebates/incentives (where applicable)
  • environmental benefits

  • Qualify interested homeowners (homeownership, fit, basic interest)
  • Book appointments for a senior consultant/closer to finalize the proposal
  • Track activity and follow-ups accurately (CRM or simple tracking system)
  • Learn our process through ongoing coaching and training

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with strangers
  • Coachable, goal-driven, and consistent (this is a performance role)
  • Comfortable working outdoors/in neighborhoods and talking with homeowners
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Sales experience is great—but not required (we train the right attitude)

Bonus: Interest in sustainability/renewable energy

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings.

  • Estimated earnings range: $25,000–$150,000+ / year depending on hours, consistency, and performance
  • Top performers can earn six figures with full-time commitment
  • Full training + support provided to help you ramp quickly

(You can tweak the range if you want to be more conservative/aggressive.)
