**Job Overview**: We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners in their neighborhoods, informing them about the advantages of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. You will play a key role in generating interest in solar energy solutions and helping our team connect with potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate conversations with homeowners through in-person outreach to introduce solar energy as a potential solution for their needs.
- Share basic information about solar energy, including its financial benefits, available incentives, and how the technology works. Your goal is to spark interest and provide homeowners with enough information to consider a consultation.
- Secure appointments for our sales team by emphasizing the benefits of a personalized consultation, either in-person or virtually.
- Record and report on all appointments booked, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach efforts and outcomes.
- Develop rapport with homeowners to create a positive experience, which encourages them to take the next step and meet with a sales representative.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- You should be comfortable explaining solar energy solutions in a straightforward way, answering questions, and addressing common concerns.
- This role involves setting specific goals for appointments and meeting targets regularly.
- You will work independently but also be part of a team that supports each other and shares knowledge.
- A personable and professional attitude is key. You should be comfortable engaging with people and resilient when facing challenges or rejection.
- **No previous experience in solar is required. We’ll provide you with the training you need to succeed.**

**Job Requirements**:

- You will be outside, engaging with homeowners in various weather conditions.
- Must have access to a car and a valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check.

**Compensation**:

- Earn commissions based on the number of appointments you secure.
- Full training is provided, and you will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $1,015.00-$2,000.00 per week
