We're a tied-knit performance and creative sales team that works to deliver amazing customer experiences for our company users. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about sales and marketing, learning and creative problem-solving. You'll be involved at every step of the projects you're working on - from gathering insights, brainstorming, and creative execution to launching awesome campaigns.

Position Summary:

This is an opportunity to gain exposure and experience in one of Sales' fastest growing functions, supporting the operations, effectiveness and efficiency of the entire Marketing function. 

These projects may cover the areas of marketing analytics, fact-based reporting, measuring the digital marketing ecosystem's performance including website performance, campaign engagement and conversion to revenue and ROI or contributing to Marketing Technology implementation projects and cross-functional marketing process and / or enablement optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow through leads from your own prospecting efforts, leveraging existing and new sales contacts, as well as existing accounts and partnersCold calls and/or emails potential clientsSchedules and conducts a targeted number of face-to-face meetings with prospective clients each weekBuilds and maintains relationships with existing and new clientsGathers requirements and drafts business proposalsActs as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and appficiency sales opportunitiesProvides sales team with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists them to leverage large revenue opportunities
 

Required Experience:

Actively enrolled in a business program at the university with a co-op term requirementPassion for Sales/Marketing as a function in general and an appetite to contribute to reporting, data infrastructure, and analyticsAbility to work with numbers, analyze, build reporting and drive data-based insights to optimize insights-based decision makingDetail oriented, curious analytical thinker with ability to translate quantitative data analytics into actionable recommendationsBusiness acumen, strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem solving skillsStrong collaborative interpersonal relationship management skillsStrong teamwork orientation with an ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environmentExperience / interest in working in a fast paced organization and technology environmentExperience with GSuiteExperience or interest with HubSpotExperience or interest with Google Ads or Facebook Paid AdsUnderstanding of website traffic and data metrics analysisGoogle Analytics and Paid Ads interestData-driven performance optimization methodologiesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets knowledge(great to have)
