Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of workflow processes, and the ability to engage with diverse clients in English. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partner Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and external collaborators.
  • Conduct outreach to new potential partners and follow up with existing ones.
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure partners receive timely information and updates.
  • Track partnership status, communications, and lead flow using internal tools.

Administrative & Operational Coordination

  • Maintain organized digital records, worklogs, tracking sheets, and documentation.
  • Support team scheduling, meeting notes, follow-ups, and weekly task management.
  • Prepare concise internal reports, summaries, and partner updates.
  • Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across departments.

Marketing & Program Support

  • Assist in coordinating marketing content, scheduling releases, and tracking deliverables.
  • Help prepare or review partner-facing materials, email templates, and student resources.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of new program initiatives.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain accurate reviewer/partner compliance documentation.
  • Ensure internal processes remain aligned with operational and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with updating SOPs and administrative documentation.

Qualifications

  • Completed or pursuing postsecondary degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and customer-facing interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently within a structured workflow.
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in business development, partner relations, outreach, or administrative coordination is an asset.
  • Previous experience working in digital systems such as Google Workspace, Notion, spreadsheets, CRMs, etc.
