Rodd Royalty Hotel is looking for a friendly service-oriented person to fill the position of Night Auditor. The Hotel Night Auditor's main goal is to audit the daily guest ledger of the hotel to verify and balance entries. The Hotel Night Auditor must verify and balance the Restaurant ledger entries as well. The ledger shows all accounts receivable, such as room charges, room service and telephone calls. If any discrepancies appear, the night auditor investigates and corrects them. He/She creates a daily deposit and ensures the correct starting cash amount at the front desk for the morning. Skills Required:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Fluency within data base programs
  • Time management skills - Ability to meet deadlines, and work well in pressure situations
  • Organizational skills – Ability to arrange and coordinate schedules for reservations
  • Administrative and telephone skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Enthusiasm and Positive attitude
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work without supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
