Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Montreal, QC. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of projects, ensuring that project goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating between different teams, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The Assistant Project Manager will also contribute to problem-solving, support the main Project Manager, and manage tasks related to timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including time management, organizational abilities, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • General knowledge of Manufacturing, Design & Engineering processes, and familiarity with inventory control and warehouse management practices.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools is an asset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Experience or educational background in project management, construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
