- Persuasively articulates project proposals in concert with business stakeholders.
- Drafts project charters for new workstreams – including objectives, deliverables, risks, assumptions, resource requirements and a work-plan – for review by project sponsors.
- Drives the definition of project plans and the execution of activities under their remit.
- Tactical Management and Status Tracking – Management of activities / action items necessary to achieve project milestones and provision of regular updates on project status.
- Issue Management - Anticipates or surfaces potential issues, tracks and prioritizes items, and drives problem resolution.
- Stakeholder Management – Establishment of good relationships and communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations.
- Change Management – Develops and execute change management strategies that will drive successful outcome of projects under their remit.
- Process Analysis and Re-engineering – Mapping current state processes, performing a gap analysis, and defining an improved future state. As applicable, also assisting with system requirements definition, implementation and rollout.
- Knowledge Management. Maintaining a repository of project documents and transition of knowledge to business managers upon project completion.
- A minimum of 3 years working for a management consulting / advisory firm (Big-4 or MBB preferred). Relevant experience will include process analysis and re-engineering / improvement, business strategy, people and change, change management, and/or organizational development projects.
- An Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering is preferred
- Superior analytical and problem-resolution skills – ability to gather and analyse relevant data, formulate and evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions;
- Strong presentation skills, and the ability to quickly assemble structured and succinct slide decks (strong proficiency with PowerPoint required).

- Rédiger des chartes de projet pour de nouveaux volets de travail, comprenant les objectifs, les produits livrables, les risques, les hypothèses, les besoins en ressources et un plan de travail, aux fins d'examen par les responsables de projet.
- Orienter la définition des plans de projets et l'exécution des activités qui relèvent de votre responsabilité.
- Gestion tactique et suivi d'état – gérer les activités et les mesures à prendre nécessaires pour réaliser les étapes du projet et fournir des mises à jour régulières sur l'état d'avancement du projet.
- Gestion des problèmes – anticiper ou surmonter les problèmes potentiels, faire le suivi des éléments et les classer par ordre de priorité et faciliter la résolution des problèmes.
- Gestion des intervenants – établir de bonnes relations avec les intervenants des projets et communiquer avec eux afin de garantir l'harmonisation des attentes.
- Gestion du changement – élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de gestion du changement qui permettront de mener à bien les projets relevant de sa compétence.
- Analyse et réingénierie des processus – recenser l'état actuel des processus, analyser les écarts et définir l'état futur amélioré. S'il y a lieu, participer également à la définition, à la mise en œuvre et au déploiement des exigences du système.
- Gestion des connaissances. Tenir un dépôt de documents de projet et transmettre les connaissances aux gestionnaires de l'entreprise à la fin du projet.
- Au moins trois ans d'expérience dans un cabinet de conseil en gestion (de préférence un des Quatre Grands ou MBB). L'expérience pertinente comprendra l'analyse et la réingénierie des processus/l'amélioration des processus, la stratégie d'entreprise, les gens et le changement, la gestion du changement ou les projets de développement organisationnel;
- Un diplôme de premier cycle ou d'études supérieures en commerce ou en génie industriel est souhaitable;
- D'excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes – capacité de recueillir et d'analyser les données nécessaires, de formuler et d'évaluer des solutions de rechange et de recommander des solutions;
- De solides compétences en matière de présentation et la capacité à assembler rapidement des séries de diapositives structurées et succinctes (forte maîtrise de PowerPoint requise).
