Responsibilities

• Develops recommends, implements and manages IT Enterprise Architecture strategy and architect deliverables for the organization General Skills
• Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of Enterprise Architecture
• Knowledge and experience in Application architecture, Technology architecture, Artificial Intelligence.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and development, aligns strategic objectives with technology and resources
• Ability to define business capabilities and processes
• Experience providing direction on operationalizing business strategy including systems, processes and required data.
• Demonstrated transformation thinking, and understanding of data interdependencies
• Experience identifying technology risks and mitigations
• Experience developing strategy aligned with business vision
• Ability to streamline application landscape for optional performance, decommission redundancy and reduce cost
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Desirable Skills

Experience And Skill Set Requirements
Enterprise Architecture Skills: Weightage: 30%

• Enterprise architecture (business, technology, applications, security and/or information), strategies, policies, standards, plans, current and emerging enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, mechanisms and techniques, to define, analyze, develop and implement architecture policies, standards, tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of concepts of security / privacy in order to provide practical expertise to meet complex and/or diverse needs; ensure integrity of IT business, technology, applications, security and/or information and enterprise architecture models; and ensure/monitor compliance with IT directives, policies and standard.- hold architecture certifications (such as Zachman, TOGAF, ISC2 CCSP, ISACA CGEIT, Azure AWS)

Communication, Consultation, Collaboration and Facilitation Skills: Weightage: 20%

• Demonstrated experience using communication skills to discuss issues, seek common ground between parties, lead development of required standards Strong facilitation skills to lead design discussions and negotiations, and present recommendations and advice to stakeholders on introduction of new and emerging technologies related to digital product development.
• Proven experience building relationships, liaising with external partners and vendors to coordinate projects and share information, being resilient and driven to deliver Ability to conceptualize and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders from different business areas and to inform, and advise on, potential issues.
• Strong persuasion, networking and negotiating skills to assist business and managers to appreciate the long-term benefits of including technical and application architecture, assessing security and privacy in strategic planning, business transformations and projects Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Solution Design Skills: Weightage: 30%

• You demonstrate curiosity for learning new technologies and new ways of providing technology.
• You bring best in class digital experience and knowledge of different technologies e.g. Cloud, Azure, Kubernetes, networking, Application development, Oracle Database, Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, PowerApps, Salesforce etc.
• You are familiar with cloud technology (Azure, IBM Cloud Aws) Experience in migrating on-premise solution to the cloud Experience in designing / developing cloud native solutions / application
• Resolve significant integration and technical issues to address multiple systems/applications linkages, interdependencies and impacts where requirements are not initially clear; to research and recommend innovative systems architecture alternatives and integration strategies; and to plan and coordinate all phases of complex multi-ministry/cluster architecture for systems supporting both internal/external clients and stakeholders

Written and presentation skills: Weightage: 20%

• Written and oral communication skills to present strategies and solutions to senior management;
• Advise regarding approaches to contentious systems architecture issues;
• Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders; interview highly skilled professionals; lead planning sessions with corporate groups and stakeholders; lead project status meetings and other cluster/corporate committees to discuss/determine strategy for systems architecture priorities and change management directions.
• Develop appropriate performance measures that are adaptive and responsive to address the continuous introduction of new and emerging technologies, use of unfamiliar or unproven technology, broadly defined or undefined business and systems requirements.
