Nova Paving (Sask) Ltd. is a well-established heavy civil construction company based in Regina, Saskatchewan. We are expanding – and looking for experienced Concrete Labourers to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

In 2026 we will have several new positions available. If you have an established crew of experienced individuals, we want to hear from you We are offering relocation assistance and temporary housing for people who do not currently live in Regina.

Concrete Labourers reports to the Concrete Foreman, this position is responsible for performing a large variety of construction related tasks involving concrete and physically strenuous manual labour. Ensuring that work is completed to specifications and consistent with company quality standards. Our company operates from May to November each year and we are hiring now to be ready for the 2026 season

Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license & reliable transportation.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions, often working long days.
  • Able to work as a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers, ensuring all tasks are being completed in a safe and timely manner.
  • Must be able to lift/move items weighing up to 23kg (50lbs).
  • Can competently use basic hand & power tools.
  • Previous experience prepping, forming, and finishing concrete preferred.
  • Experience working on water mains, driveways, sidewalks/curbs, and road/bridges will be considered an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and restore various curbs, sidewalks, etc.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged concrete.
  • Building, installing, and removing concrete forms.
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete.
  • Responsible for the direct placement of concrete.
  • Operating a power vibrator to compress concrete.
  • Assisting heavy equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment.
  • Other duties as required.
