Overview

High-Definition Concrete Services. is looking for a motivated and reliable **Field Operations Employee** to join our growing **Formwork and Placing Services Division.** We are a family-owned, multi-generational concrete company serving the Greater Vancouver Area. We pride ourselves on innovation, teamwork, and providing excellent service to our clients across all business segments: Ready-Mix Concrete, Volumetric Concrete, Laboratory Services, Research and Development, and Formwork and Placing Services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate clearly with the HD Coordinator.
- Pick up materials from suppliers and deliver them to project sites using the company truck and trailer.
- Perform saw cutting of concrete as needed (typically 1-3 times per week).
- Assist on-site or at the batch plant yard when required.
- Help with on-site measurements and takeoffs.
- Support project delivery by performing general labour duties, such as stripping forms and assisting crews.
- Take part in plant yard duties when needed.
- Always follow all HD safety policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License (clean driving record required).
- Ability to drive company truck and trailers safely.
- Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous experience in construction, concrete, or related field is an asset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, with occasional weekends as needed).
