Entry Level Administrative Assistant

St Catharines, Ontario, Canada Systems Plus Inc. Full time

Local contractor requires a full time administrative assistant. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail with great accuracy. Must have exceptional ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment. Must be familiar with all aspects of office admin with at least 2 years working experience. OSSD required with some college/technical training in business, bookkeeping and/or accounting. Experience in construction industry is an asset.

Position description but not limited to:

Accurate data entry and documentation, proof reading for accuracy, assisting with scheduling and appointments, client calls and orders, inventory control, tracking shipping and receiving, assisting field staff inquiries and basic bookkeeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
