Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza in Edmonton, AB. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in staff management, including hiring and training. You will collaborate closely with team members to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction, while also supporting the overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with the ability to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven ability in Hiring and managing team members, including training and development
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively lead and collaborate with the team
  • Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage operations and maintaining quality standards
  • Leadership and organizational skills to manage daily tasks and support the restaurant operations effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems under pressure
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food safety are a plus
