As Marketing Manager, you'll oversee the full spectrum of community marketing across Alberta and BC, guiding brand strategy, campaign execution, and team performance. You'll shape how people discover, experience, and connect with every Vesta community, from our established neighbourhoods to our newest and most ambitious developments yet: Aspen Village, a 13-acre Scandinavian-inspired community, which will feature 15 six-story condos and Broadway on 17th, a three-tower urban landmark and the largest residential tower project in Canada.

Team and Reporting

This role reports to senior leadership and partners closely with the Alberta Construction, Development and Sales teams. You will oversee our core marketing team, collaborating with our in-house Digital Marketing Specialist and our Graphic/Web designer. You will coordinate an external network of top-tier creative, digital, and media partners to bring our brand and communities to life.

What You'll Do

You'll be the hands-on leader turning strategy into execution, guiding marketing plans from concept to campaign.

• Lead a dynamic team:
  Manage and mentor an internal team (Digital Marketing Specialist, Graphic/Web Designer, and Marketing Coordinator) and direct external agencies and consultants across creative, digital, and media disciplines.
• Build and Own Marketing Plans:
  Develop annual and project-specific roadmaps for pre-launch, launch, and active sales phases. Present insights and progress to leadership.
• Execute Integrated Campaigns:
  Oversee cohesive cross-channel campaigns across digital, print, signage, social, and paid media, ensuring each launch is on time, on brand, and on budget.
• Champion the Brand:
  Safeguard and evolve Vesta's visual and verbal identity across every touchpoint, from skyline banners to luxury brochures to show-suite experiences.
• Drive Digital Performance:
  Set campaign goals, manage paid media strategy, and analyze ROI with the support of your digital team and vendors.
• Oversee Social Storytelling:
  Shape content calendars, direct storytelling, and drive engagement across all platforms.
• Manage Budgets and Vendors:
  Lead multiple external partners, monitor spend and reallocate based on performance.
• Supervise CRM & Web Presence:
  Oversee HubSpot, automations, and website updates, ensuring flawless user experiences and lead capture.
• Activate the Community:
  Plan and execute openings, VIP previews, sponsorships, and community activations - transforming events into brand experiences.
• Report & Refine:
  Deliver monthly performance reports, present insights to leadership, and continuously optimize.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in real estate development, new-home sales, or residential construction is required.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
• Proven success leading projects, teams, or vendors from launch planning to campaign execution.
• Demonstrated experience creating project marketing plans and detailed schedules for launches and active sales, including budget phasing and timeline management.
• Hands-on experience managing digital advertising, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and analytics reporting
• Strong writing and editing skills for ads, web, email, social, and presentations.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS tools
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Canadian real estate markets is an asset
