Marketing & Event Manager
for
The Nostalgia Club
- a key driver in building the early identity, anticipation, and membership base for The Nostalgia Club, located in the new European-Inspired community of Nostalgia Townlet atop the Bow River. Set to be North America's most prestigious athletic and social club, rooted in wellness, sociability, and elevated living. 

This individual will:

  1. Plan and execute high-touch events and experiences designed to attract, impress, and convert prospective members.
  2. Develop and execute brand-aligned marketing campaigns in partnership with our external agency to increase awareness, build demand, and more prospects toward membership.

This is a highly visible role requiring a polished host, a strategic marketer, and a detail-obsessed project manager able to bring a luxury lifestyle brand to life. 

A day in the life of Marketing & Events Manager for The Nostalgia Club

Events: Prospect Outreach & Experience 

  • Lead all preview events, open houses, private gatherings, and curated experiences designed to attract and convert prospective members.
  • Create event concepts that reflect The Nostalgia Club lifestyle and showcase future offerings.
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end: event concepts, invitations, RSVPs, decor, run sheets, vendors, budgets, and day-of execution.
  • Act as the warm, polished face of The Nostalgia Club at every prospect-facing event.
  • Track event performance and conversion insights.

Marketing: Campaigns, Coordination & Brand Execution

  • Serve as the primary liaison between The Nostalgia Club leadership and the marketing agency.
  • Support the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that build demand and membership interest.
  • Manage content calendars, email marketing, social media strategy, media-plans, approvals, campaign deliverables, and asset distribution.
  • Assist in creating brand-aligned collateral: brochures, presentations, digital content, event promotions, and membership materials.
  • Oversee updates to the website, member/ prospect platforms, and communication touchpoints.
  • Track campaign results and provide actionable insights.

Operational & Cross-Functional Support 

  • Assist with budgets, reports, and internal coordination.
  • Document event and campaign learnings to support future scaling.
  • Contribute to the development of operational processes and service standards.

What you will bring to the table

  • 7+ years' experience in event planning, marketing coordination or campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of executing events that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and campaign performance.
  • Polished communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with high-net-worth prospects.
  • Strong aesthetic eye and brand intuition.
  • Experience working with agencies, creative vendors, photographers, and designers.
  • Able to work evenings/ weekends for events.
  • Tech-savvy: CRM tools, digital marketing tools, event platforms.
  • Confident, warm, and naturally hospitable.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
  • Creative, polished, and brand-driven.
  • Proactive, and excited to help build a premium club from scratch.
