Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the integrity and accessibility of vital information that supports our operational efficiency. Duties

  • Enter data into multiple databases, systems, and spreadsheets with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage data at fast pace in Realtime.
  • Follow instructions accurately maintaining clarity and correctness.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, organize data sets, and generate reports that support decision-making.
  • File physical documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
  • Collect, verify, and update data from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Maintain office organization by managing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data collection activities.

Experience

  • Clerical or administrative experience with a focus on data entry or office support roles.
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel including pivot tables is desirable.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy; ability to type quickly while maintaining precision.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for verifying numerical data entries and calculations.
  • Knowledge of filing systems and document management practices for effective record keeping.
  • Previous office experience that includes handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.53-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
