We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. Duties

  • Enter data into multiple databases, systems, and spreadsheets with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage data at fast pace in Realtime.
  • Follow instructions accurately maintaining clarity and correctness.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, organize data sets, and generate reports that support decision-making.
  • File physical documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
  • Collect, verify, and update data from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Maintain office organization by managing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data collection activities.

Experience

  • Clerical or administrative experience with a focus on data entry or office support roles.
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel including pivot tables is desirable.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy; ability to type quickly while maintaining precision.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for verifying numerical data entries and calculations.
  • Knowledge of filing systems and document management practices for effective record keeping.
  • Previous office experience that includes handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.53-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
