Duties
- Enter data into multiple databases, systems, and spreadsheets with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to manage data at fast pace in Realtime.
- Follow instructions accurately maintaining clarity and correctness.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, organize data sets, and generate reports that support decision-making.
- File physical documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Collect, verify, and update data from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all platforms.
- Maintain office organization by managing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data collection activities.
Experience
- Clerical or administrative experience with a focus on data entry or office support roles.
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel including pivot tables is desirable.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy; ability to type quickly while maintaining precision.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Basic math skills for verifying numerical data entries and calculations.
- Knowledge of filing systems and document management practices for effective record keeping.
- Previous office experience that includes handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.53-$18.50 per hour
