Join our growing team We are looking for an Afternoon Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members. You passionately believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. We need someone who is fast-paced to help us achieve our goals and grow with the organization.

In this position you will:

  • Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
  • Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
  • Train and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
  • Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
  • Help us achieve our Speed of Service goals
