- Optimizing the performance of your team members by coaching them and creating trusting relationships.
- Designing merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales.

**What it takes**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years supervisory or keyholder experience (retail apparel environment preferably)
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- Experience in visual merchandising, an asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak, and holiday).
