As a leader of the Line Service team, you will ensure the department is working efficiently and effectively while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment.

**Shifts Available**:
Afternoon Shift 3:00pm - 11:15pm

**As a Line Service Team Leader, you will**:

- Proactively monitor and supervise inventory to production lines and closes the job in the system upon completion.
- Ensure paperwork is completed efficiently and correctly.
- Complete record keeping and computer entries and checklists as required.
- Complete cycle counts and reconcile scrap material and/or product and raw materials and confirm that goods are accurately scanned and located.
- Ensure that internal material is labelled correctly and reflected in inventory count.
- Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behaviour.
- Supervise all staff under your direct or indirect control.
- Maintain and update inventory control and costing.
- Be responsible for training, practice, and compliance of company SOPs, GMP and Health of Safety Policies.
- Review production schedule and ensure staging of all materials before start of job and during run.
- Work with Production, QC, Compounding and/or Warehouse departments to resolve any raw materials or finished goods issues.
- Stage outbound job orders and preparing packing slips.
- Flip Q items into inventory.
- Oversee proper disposal and placement of production waste, cardboard, rejected pallets, liquid waste.
- Ensure that drain flushes are completed properly and efficiently.
- Confirm daily reach truck logs are completed.

**Qualifications**:

- Highschool education
- 2+ years in a fast paced production environment
- 1-3 years of leading others
- Raymond Reach, Scissor Lift and Walkie trained and certified preferred
- Basic math and writing skills
