Overview
Our client is a national IT services provider experiencing strong growth across Canada. They deliver a comprehensive suite of technology solutions including managed services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and professional services.
They are seeking a Senior Account Executive with a strong track record in new business development to help expand their footprint and drive strategic customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through solution design, proposal, and close.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor managed service and cloud solutions that address client needs.
- Build long-term relationships with C-level and senior IT decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT services or technology solution sales.
- Proven success driving new business and exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales targets.
- Strong understanding of managed services, cloud (Azure/AWS), and cybersecurity solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
