Make an impact as a Product Manager – Technical I,:

The Technology Regulatory Execution (TREx) team is tasked with ensuring the seamless execution of technology-related regulatory requirements, fostering compliance, innovation, and operational efficiency. The team serves as the single-entry point for regulatory efforts in the technology space, translating complex requirements into streamlined documentation and actionable controls Their immediate remit is for the US and Canada markets in the Americas, where they help support Stakeholder Engagement and Enablement with internal Regulatory team stakeholders and the Regulators in the market. The Launcher will have an opportunity to see how the regulatory requirements in the market are consumed within our organization, and how the team work with partners to ensure that Mastercard executes local requirements.

We are seeking a curious and strategic candidate with a strong interest in technology, regulatory frameworks, economics, business, political science, compliance, governance, and risk. The ideal candidate demonstrates an aptitude for understanding complex technological concepts and translating regulatory requirements into actionable execution. This Launch role is ideal for a candidate who takes initiative by applying strategic thinking, an innovation mindset, and data driven approach to help the TREx team solve complex challenges while balancing local execution with scalable global impact.

Program Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program graduating Spring 2026
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT)
  • Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking
  • Ability to partner across the organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptive and strong collaborator
  • Well planned, organized & structured to manage time & work effectively
