Responsibilities:

* Set up and maintain containment areas, ensuring proper sealing and ventilation.

* Remove asbestos-containing materials using specialized tools and equipment.

* Follow strict safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

* Properly dispose of asbestos waste according to regulatory guidelines.

* Decontaminate work areas and equipment after asbestos removal.

* Monitor air quality to ensure compliance with safety standards.

* Document all asbestos removal activities accurately and thoroughly.

* Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Valid asbestos removal certification/license (required).

* Proven experience in asbestos abatement and removal.

* Knowledge of asbestos regulations and safety protocols.

* Ability to wear and use respirators and other PPE.

* Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy objects.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
