Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Window and Door Installer located in Peterborough, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for expertly installing windows and doors, ensuring precision and quality in all installations. As the team leader, you will oversee projects, coordinate with team members, ensure safety guidelines are upheld, and maintain the high standards that Vision Glass Inc is known for. All necessary equipment, tools, and a company vehicle will be provided to support the role.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with window and door installations, showcasing exceptional technical skills and craftsmanship.
  • At least 10 years of relevant installation experience in the construction industry.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and a strong safety and compliance track record when operating vehicles and equipment.
  • Reliable communication and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and client satisfaction.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting and working in various weather conditions.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Having knowledge of workplace safety procedures and standards is an asset.
