Responsibilities:

  • Experienced Installer or Crew Leaders on a roofing or siding crew
  • Install shingle roofing, siding, soffits, & fascia on residential houses.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with great communication skills.
  • Able to ensure excellent installations on every project, while driving efficiency of the crew.
  • Experience working safely on jobsites and ensuring your team works safely.
  • Work with existing production team daily to determine priorities
  • Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for each project
  • Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite
  • Must be able to carry 80lb bundles of shingles on your shoulder and walk up a 2-storey ladder.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Shingle Installation: 3 years (preferred)
  • Siding, soffits, & fascia Installation: 3 years (preferred)
  • Residential Construction: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
