We're hiring a part-time Before School Care Supervisor to join our team

Hours: 3 hours per morning, Monday to Thursday (school days)

  • Before Care: Kids are with us from 6:45 AM – 8:45 AM (supervising until bus departure)

  • Admin Hour: Flexible (before kids arrive or after they leave) – light administrative tasks

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome children and parents during morning drop-off

  • Supervise kids during low-organized games and activities

  • Ensure children are ready and safely loaded onto our school bus

  • Complete daily sign-in sheets and attendance tracking

  • Handle light admin duties (organizing supplies, parent communication, updating records)

What We're Looking For:

  • MUST be reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early mornings

  • Experience working with children (ages 4–12)

  • Friendly, patient, and able to maintain a calm, positive environment

  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Police background check (vulnerable sector) required – we provide the form so there are no fees

Room to Grow:

This is a small business with plenty of opportunity for additional hours and growth. We run programs year-round including after school care, summer camp, PA day camps, holiday camps, and birthday parties. The right person could pick up extra shifts and take on more responsibility over time.

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Experience in childcare, camps, schools, or recreation programs

  • Interest in martial arts or fitness

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
