We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive marketer to help bring our campaigns, content, and patient communications to life, both in the clinic and online.

The Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the marketing team in executing campaigns and creating engaging, on-brand materials. This role combines design, content creation, social media marketing, copywriting, and coordination across multiple channels, giving you hands-on experience with campaigns, patient communications, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing initiatives, including design, content creation, and scheduling across email, social media, website, and in-clinic materials
  • Assist with social media content creation, including filming and post-production support
  • Draft and edit written content, including blogs, website copy, patient communications, and social media captions
  • Assist with the creation of marketing assets such as emails, social graphics, posters, brochures, and landing page content
  • Support our e-commerce marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns and product communications

Qualifications

  • Marketing, communications, or related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
  • Comfortable filming and creating social media content
  • Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in healthcare, skincare, or medical aesthetics is an asset
