CARRITEC recherche un(e) candidat(e) talentueux(se) pour rejoindre son équipe afin de créer de nouvelles programmations C-CODE sur machines Amada.

Dans le cadre de son poste, le/la candidat(e) sélectionné(e) sera chargé(e) de produire des modèles et des gabarits détaillés de construction de patrons afin de contribuer à une création efficace pour l'usinage sur la fraiseuse CNC 5 axes.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Génération de modèles CAO 3D de patrons et de boîtes à noyaux, conçus pour une utilisation sûre en fonderie.
  • Génération de modèles de coupe 3D pour le transfert vers des imprimantes 3D.
  • Génération de programmes G-code pour le transfert vers les techniques procédurales d'usinage et les méthodes d'usinage détaillées de la fraiseuse CNC.
  • Conception et publication de gabarits de préformes en bois.
  • Vérification du respect des dimensions et de la dernière version de tous les patrons.
  • Gestion efficace de la bibliothèque de modèles de patrons dans l'environnement Teamcenter
  • Création de dessins CAO 2D pour gabarits et montages spécifiques à la fonderie

Connaissances/Qualifications :

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en modélisation CAO et programmation CNC
  • Qualifications requises : modéliste, machiniste, programmeur CNC
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et à résoudre les problèmes techniques
  • Solide connaissance et compréhension des principes et pratiques d'ingénierie
  • Compréhension des principes de conception mécanique

CARRITEC is looking for a talented individual to join our team to create new C-CODE programming on Amada machines.

As part the role the selected candidate will be responsible for producing detailed pattern build up models and templates to assist in the efficient creation for machining on the 5 axis CNC router

Key Responsibilities:

Generation of 3D CAD models of patterns and coreboxes, designed to be safe for use in foundry metal casting environment.

  • Generation of 3D slice models for transfer to 3D printers
  • Generation of G code programs for transfer to CNC router machining procedural techniques and detailed machining methods.
  • Designing and publishing timber preform templates.
  • Ensuring all patterns etc. are of the correct dimensions and to the latest revision.
  • Effective management of pattern model library within Teamcenter environment
  • Creation of 2D CAD drawings for foundry specific jigs and fixtures

Job Knowledge/ Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 Years CAD & CNC Programming modelling Experience
  • Qualifications include Patternmaker / Machinist / CNC Programmer
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices
  • Understanding of mechanical design principles
