Duties will include:

  • Preparing and emailing quotes for gravel clients with attention to detail for accurate, professional appearance.
  • Preparing and emailing client job orders with complete and accurate information to scale and office personnel as well as trucking contractors.
  • Entering job orders into gravel pit scale system via computer.
  • Answering and directing phone calls as necessary.
  • Reconciling and submitting monthly Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) claim online for executive.
  • Reconciling credit card receipts from executive and staff to credit card statements for posting to Sage accounting program for Scorpion and Glowing Embers RV Park.
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence.
  • Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters.
  • Keeping the executive's calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings.
  • Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers.
  • Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive.
  • Planning and organizing events, such as promotional and training meetings.
  • Keeping important information and documents organized physically and electronically.
  • Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Verifying and posting daily revenue reports to Sage for Glowing Embers RV Park.
  • Preparing and entering bi-weekly payroll into Sage for Glowing Embers RV Park.
  • Preparing and entering payables into Sage for Glowing Embers RV Park.
  • Reconciling monthly bank statements in Sage for Glowing Embers RV Park.
  • Assisting with miscellaneous accounting and record keeping tasks assigned by the controller.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $27 per hour, opportunity to advance.
