What we are looking for:

• You're an R. Ac wanting to find your perfect clinic home
• You're a new R. Ac
• You're a TCM school graduate who's waiting to get your full designation from the CTCMPAO. (You have already been told you passed your board exams).
• Confident with EQUALLY as strong people skills. Personality is huge for us. We are looking for the right fit with patients and our team.
• Applicants who can work a minimum of 4 shifts/week. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. For those who may live further away, working a double shift is a possibility There is some degree of shift staffing availability at present.
• You are stoked to join a clinic where there is more expected of you in return for more being provided for you. In short our clinic is EXTRA and that works just fine because you are too.
• You are punctual, reliable, organized, patient focused, humble and customer-service oriented.
• Gentle non-aggressive treatment style.
• You are a great communicator of Chinese Medicine concepts and can bring down concepts to a level that patients can understand.
• You are cool with working in a "reception-less" clinic and managing your scheduling/communication with your patients.
• You are naturally VERY quick at getting back to people and are prompt at returning texts, emails and are comfortable doing so 7 days/week to manage your shifts.
• You have great tech skills and comfortable using Janeapp/willing to learn.
• You have a smart phone and are comfortable using your personal mobile for clinic purposes including Gmail and Janeapp.
• You are open to working in a general practice with musculoskeletal issues being the bulk of your practice. You are also open and willing to treat EVERY health condition (which you will eventually in our clinic).

Compensation/Supplies

• Fair wage (split commission)
• Beautiful loft-style clinic at Bloor/Yonge. We take up an entire floor; decked out with an art collection, stained glass, geodes, plants and flowers, exposed brick, natural light (skylights & tons of windows), heated massage tables, HEPA air purifiers, wrap-around private outdoor patio, non-cluttered efficient workspace and comfortable private staff kitchen.
