Pay Range: $55.00/hr - $75.00/hr (Compensation will be commensurate with education & experience.)
Travel: Required to travel to project sites and client locations.
Rally Engineering Inc ("Rally") is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong process engineering background to lead EPC projects from design to completion. This role is critical in ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with safety, quality, and budgetary goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead multi-disciplinary EPC project teams through all phases: engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Oversee risk management, change control, and project reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA.
- 8- 15+ years of progressive project management experience in EPC environments.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Proven track record managing large-scale process design and optimization projects, in Industrial, Oil &Gas, Petrochemicals, Pipeline and related industries.
- Strong understanding of engineering design, procurement processes, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with contract administration, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Project Management certification or equivalent (e.g.. PMP, PMI)
