Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Operational Project Support supporting our Secure Power Division.

This role involves supporting 3rd party vendor quotations and vendor management, as well as managing Oracle Project Accounting invoicing for large-scale projects to ensure timely invoicing of all project orders.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to invoice large project orders
  • Assist AR in creating project invoices
  • Responsible for managing customer specific invoicing requirements
  • Work closely with Project Controllers to ensure proper prioritization of customer invoices
  • Serve as an Oracle Project Accounting Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate with sales and partners to qualify new vendors
  • Work with vendors and legal department to execute Master Service Agreements
  • Support Project Management team and sales in quoting project management and installation services
  • Create custom quotes for project management and installation services
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with Schneider's 3rd party vendors
  • Approve release for invoicing and close out of custom service SKUs
  • Provide financial analysis of 3rd party installation revenue and expenses

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.  

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • 2+ years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle
  • Proficient in English
