This is a Virtual/Remote WORK FROM HOME Opportunity with Flexible Timings and will start Part Time moving to Full Time based on Results However the role does require Very Strict Accountability & Time Docketing through time-tracking software which includes Auto-Screenshots every 5mins and Auto-Billing.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

  • Manage an entire Team of International, Local & Virtual Professionals
  • To undertake all HR Duties including the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee KPI Management of each individual
  • Nurture & develop an extremely positive working environment
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, SOPs & initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Conduct Detailed Interviews to Recruit the Best & the Brightest for various verticals
  • Assisting the CEO in Day to Day Operations
  • Ability to make independent decisions and to motivate the Team to their fullest potential
  • Screen the applications based on strict guidelines provided by the management

QUALIFICATIONS -

  • Must have a relevant HR Qualification for a reputed Institution
  • Must be an extremely Independently Responsible person with a huge sense of Responsibility
  • Must have Minimum 5 Years of Recruitment experience
  • Prior experience in Recruiting in the IT sector would be an added advantage
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent communication with good command on English
  • Ability to work Flexible Hours
  • Must have a huge sense of urgency in achieving deadlines
