About us: The Bullpen is a fast-growing outsourced BDR team for startups. We book qualified meetings, build outbound pipelines, and win as a unit. Recruiting support: Source BDRs/ops roles/managers, schedule screens, run reference checks, keep the pipeline moving fast. Day-1 checklists, accounts/equipment, 30/60/90 ramp trackers, exit checklists. Maintain HRIS/personnel files, PTO, benefits enrolments, policy acknowledgements. Performance hygiene: Coordinate blitz days/contests, birthdays, swag, office vibes; keep the office guest-ready. Compliance basics (Canada/BC): Update the handbook, track stat holidays and leaves, keep docs clean. 1–3+ years in People Ops / HR admin / Talent coord (startup or sales org a plus). ~ ATS or just Sheets). ~ in-office 3-4 days/week. Basic HubSpot/Salesforce exposure, event coordination, comfort supporting commission plans/SPIFFs. You’ll see your work show up weekly—faster hiring, smoother onboarding, fewer admin fires—and grow into People Ops Manager as we scale.
