Executive Assistant – VP Finance – Leading Global Compagny

Operating on a global scale and recognized as a leader in its field, this employer is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Finance. As a central figure in strategic coordination, this role ensures the seamless flow of high-level activities.

YOUR ROLE:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the VP Finance in daily responsibilities;

  • Coordinating logistics for business meetings and travel, including handling reservations;

  • Managing the calendar with close attention to priorities;

  • Handling incoming communications (calls and emails) from senior leadership and key stakeholders;

  • Drafting and revising emails, letters, reports, documents, and presentations;

  • Supporting activities related to budget planning and control.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience in a similar role as an executive assistant;

  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written;

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and autonomy

  • Team spirit, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills

  • Versatility, proactive mindset, and strict respect for confidentiality.
